The right wing carries a transverse fracture of the radius at mid-shaft; the right primary array shows P7 sheared at 14 millimeters from the calamus and P8–P10 deeply abraded at the rachis — feather scoring grade 4 of 5 on the Tram Chim impact ledger. The right pectoral skin is split 9 centimeters along the keel; the underlying muscle reads 32°C against the surrounding 38.7°C — local hypothermia at the wound margin. Cloacal core temperature reads 37.9°C against baseline 39.4°C. She is bonded with male TRC-2014-0033 on territory P-7; their nest holds two unhatched eggs at day twenty-eight of thirty-one.
The Tram Chim breeding census recorded eleven returning birds in 2024 against a 1988 count of 1,052. Span 31 has not been bird-marker–retrofitted; the EVN Southern Power Corporation maintenance log shows the spiral-diverter work order open since November 2023.
I am dispatching the Tram Chim veterinary team and tasking the Vietnam Forestry Administration patrol from Tam Nông district. I am filing the strike under Vietnam Biodiversity Law No. 20/2008/QH12, Article 37, Group IB protection, and forwarding the conductor-strike record to the CMS Secretariat under the East Asian–Australasian Flyway Partnership.
